Buyers have 24 hours from receipt of the product to request a return by sending an email to info@jpp-palman.com. In the event of a return, the product must be returned to DCOM within three working days.
In the event of a dispute regarding a diamond's grading by a laboratory, the diamond with all original grading information may be submitted to the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) for grading review. If the review reveals a difference of more than one level of color or clarity, the buyer will receive a refund.
